What we take on.

The whole house, reorganised around how you live and where the light comes in. We start with the plan, not the finishes: which walls go, where the stair sits, which room gets the morning. Then structure, services, insulation and permits, all under one fixed price.

Most full renovations take forty to fifty-five weeks from first sketch to handover. You deal with one project lead throughout, and the joinery, kitchen and bathrooms come from our own workshop.

Stone, oak and light. Rooms to spend time in, not pass through. We resolve the plumbing and the ventilation first, because a beautiful bathroom that steams up is not a beautiful bathroom.

One bathroom takes six to eight weeks on site. Stone from one block, oak sealed for steam, brass or bronze left to darken.

Colour, joinery, lighting and furniture, resolved as one picture. We design the whole room, down to the handle, and make the joinery ourselves so the drawing and the result are the same thing.

For homes that are structurally fine but do not feel like yours yet. Twelve to twenty weeks, and we can work one room at a time.
